# Upzaar

> Upzaar is a platform for launching hyper-local marketplaces — digital, physical, or service-based — with white-labeled customer, vendor, and driver apps, AI-assisted setup, and a commission rate operators set themselves.

Upzaar lets entrepreneurs and local business networks describe their marketplace and have AI draft the storefront and branding, then invite vendors and go live, typically in under a week. The marketplace operator (not Upzaar) sets their own commission rate on vendor transactions. Upzaar's own platform pricing is a flat monthly tier plus a small (1-2%) commission on order volume — not the 20-30% cut charged by aggregators like DoorDash or Uber Eats. Upzaar's vision is decentralization: many independently-run local marketplaces instead of one dominant aggregator per city.
