What qualifies as a loyalty customer?

If you enable the loyalty program on your account, members can sign up and earn rewards when they order online. You'll also be able to add loyalty members from your store tablet for physical visitors.

How does the free trial work?

Your free trial starts when you sign up, and you can test out the platform free for 14 days. Once your free trial ends, you'll be able to select one of our monthly or yearly plans.

Can I import existing customers into my loyalty program?

Yes you can! Our audience builder tool lets you import in your customers. If you need a custom import, please contact sales [at] alif-alif.com.

Can I add the online ordering to my existing site?

Yes! Our online ordering runs as a standalone page so you can link it from anywhere. Most of our customers with an existing online presence typically link from their social pages, website, or ads.

If I decide to move to another platform, can I export my customers?

We're passionate about giving you control over your data. If you need to export your data, just email us and we'll send you a full export of your customers & menus.

Can my customers pay online?

How do I receive orders?
